The Pas de Armes will be held in East Bethel, MN on August 21–23 by our very own Canton of Blachmere, but before the event can be ready to roll, Baron Frederick and his team of site-preppers are looking for a few good volunteers this weekend, August 8–9!
A roof will be erected over the Embassy space, and fresh cedar chips laid down under the viewing stands as a natural bug deterrent; those pesky pests are pernicious ’round these parts! Work will commence at 7:00 a.m. on August 8, and run through 4:00 p.m. on the afternoon of August 9. Overnight campers are welcome— there will be a bonfire and some treats.
As a reminder for those who can’t make the work weekend, but still want to give of their time and talents, there is still a need for volunteers to work the gate at the Pas de Armes event on Friday night, and through the Saturday rush.
